MOM'S HOT DOG CHILI 
2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 minced garlic clove
1 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 tsp. pepper
2.5 oz. can chili powder
dash paprika
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown ground beef with onion and garlic until tender. Drain off grease. Add salt, pepper, chili powder and paprika. Cover with water and simmer 2-3 hours. Add water to keep meat covered while cooking. Cool. Add ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.

Makes a lot of chili, so freeze in small containers for future use.
