Grilled Pork Loin

I tried this recipe with 4lbs of thick pork chops. I used a whole stick of butter instead, with a bit more Worcestershire sauce than noted in the recipe. The chops were great and most importantly not dry. Because I was grilling, I had to constantly keep an eye on the chops to make sure they didn't over cook on one side. What I ended up doing was moving the chops to a cooler area of the grill and also resting them on all sides possible so they would cook nice and slow after the grill marks were made.
