CARROT BREAD | |
3 c. sugar 3 eggs 1 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. chopped nuts 2 c. grated carrots 1 c. Wesson oil 3 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 can crushed pineapple (8 oz., undrained) 2 tsp. vanilla Mix ingredients in order given. Spoon into 2 medium sized loaf pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. This bread will freeze, and it will also mail. |
