QUICK CARROT BREAD 
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
2 c. grated carrots (raw)
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients together in the order in which they are listed. Pour batter into greased and floured loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Makes 2 loaves.
