1 c. mashed bananas
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. salad oil
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Bake in a 9x5x3 loaf pan.
