SOUR CREAM MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 of 8 oz. carton dairy sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce & mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

In a large bowl combine eggs, 1/4 cup sour cream and milk. Stir in bread crumbs, onion, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Add beef, mix thoroughly. Pat into a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake uncovered in a 300 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours.

Use remaining sour cream and 3 tablespoons ketchup, 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 1/3 cup water. Mix. When meat loaf is about 1/2 cooked, pour mixture over to make a glaze.

Never been able to make good meatloaf until this one! I substituted 1/2 lb. ground pork with 1lb. of beef, and otherwise followed recipe. Creamy whipped mashed potatoes is this dishes best plate neighbor, my family raved about how good this tasted!
