SOUR CREAM MEAT LOAF 
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. salt - pepper
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 recipe for mashed potatoes

Combine eggs, 1/2 cup of the sour cream and milk. Stir in bread crumbs, onion, parsley, Worcestershire, mustard, salt and pepper. Add beef. Mix thoroughly. Pat into loaf pan. Bake 350 degrees 1 1/4 hours. Let cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.

FOR GRAVY: In pan stir remaining sour cream and dry gravy mix. Add water. Cook according to package directions. Serve with mashed potatoes and meat loaf. Serves 6.
