SOUR CREAM MEATLOAF
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) carton dairy sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. Dijon style mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 pkg. brown gravy mix (3/4 oz.)

In a large bowl combine eggs, 1/2 cup of the sour cream and milk; stir in bread crumbs, onion, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Add beef, mix thoroughly. Pat into a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan or shape into the same size loaf and place in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish.

Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for about 1 1/4 hours or until a meat thermometer inserted in center of loaf registers 170 degrees. Let cool 10 minutes, remove from pan.

Meanwhile, for gravy, in medium sauce pan stir together remaining sour cream and dry gravy mix. Add water as called for on package. Cook according to package directions. Slice meat loaf and serve with gravy. Makes 6 servings.
