So so so good. I added a little bit of paprika, but I like everything with a little bit of heat. But, such a delicious recipe.

We always stayed away from grilled pork chops because they're so hard to keep moist. This recipe is wonderful. The pork chops stay nice and moist and are bursting with flavor. A new favorite at my house.

Oh My! These were GREAT! I doubled the recipe to make 9 boneless pork chops. They were sooo juicy! I was a little worried since I have never used molasses before and the smell alone can be overwhelming but I'm glad I tried it! Served with salad, baked potatoes, and corn on the cob! No leftovers tonight!

Tried this recipe tonight. Turned out great! Only change was 3 tsp. of molasses instead of 2. Will use again!

We marinade overnight. Heat you griddle to 450°F, don't rinse your chops, leave them to sear for 2 minutes per side. After that cook 4 minutes per side, flipping about 3 times for a total of 16 minutes. Take them off, let sit for 15 to 20 minutes. Season with Tonys and serve with garlic bread. Very good. 1 inch thick and boneless.

Excellent seasoning blend! Used this on grilled pork chops on the 4th. I didn't have molasses or dark brown sugar so I used light brown sugar. The chops were soooo flavorful. I also marinated the chops for 8 hours just to be sure they turned out tender. Will be using this seasoning blend from now on. Thank you sooooo much.

Seasoned grilled chops again using this spice blend. Had to use light brown sugar again because I still have no molasses. Didn't use a wet marinade like last time, only this. Marinated bone-in chops for at least an hour and WOWSA!! Even more flavor! A must-have spice blend I will definitely have on hand at all times. Thanx Caroline Withers, you are a genius! And to think, all that's needed is 4 spices!!
