SOUR CREAM MEATLOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. onion
Parsley, salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. mustard
Brown gravy mix

Combine eggs, 1/2 of the sour cream and the milk.

Stir in bread crumbs, onion and all spices.

Add the beef.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Mix gravy mix with remaining sour cream and cook as directed on gravy package. Pour on finished meatloaf.
