NO CHOLESTEROL POUND CAKE 
2 1/2 sticks Fleishmann's corn oil butter
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. no cholesterol egg beaters
1 tsp. almond flavoring (or your choice)
3 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. skim milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease and flour tube or Bundt pan. Put first 4 ingredients in large bowl (butter should be softened to room temperature). Mix 1 minute on low speed, then beat 5 minutes on high speed, scraping bowl several times.

Mix flour and baking powder together. While beating at low speed mix flour and milk alternately into sugar mixture, scraping sides of bowl frequently. Pour into pan and bake 1 1/4 hours. Cool 25 minutes in pan.
