SOUR CREAM LOAF CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and sour cream. Mix well. Sift dry ingredients, add to mix. Stir in vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour 1/2 of mixture into greased bundt pan. Sprinkle half of topping mix in a ring. Pour remaining batter and topping mix over other layer. Cover with foil. Bake 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 more at 350 degrees.
