BOSTON BROWN BREAD 
1 c. molasses
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. sour milk
1 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins

To sour milk, use 2 tbsp. of vinegar and add milk to make 2 cups.

Mix milk and molasses and add soda. Add dry ingredients and raisins. Stir well. Makes 2 small loaves 3 3/4 x 7 1/4 inch. Bake 325 degrees 45 minutes.
