CHOCOLATE FUDGE CHEESE PIE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 9" graham cracker crust

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Over hot (not boiling) water combine chocolate chips and milk; stir until chips melt and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract and salt; beat until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in chocolate mixture. Pour into pie crust. Bake 50 minutes.
