JELLO FRESH PEACH PIE 
1 (9 inch) baked pie crust
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 sm. pkg. peach Jello
1/4 tsp. almond flavoring
Whipped cream
2-3 c. thin sliced peaches
Asorbic acid

Mix cornstarch and sugar. Add water and cook until thickened. Add Jello. Slice peaches into baked crust (cream cheese can be added to crust about 3 ounces - spread on sides and bottom of crust). Sprinkle asorbic acid. Pour gelatin mixture over peaches. Chill. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
