“CHICKEN DIP” IS IN:

CHICKEN DIP 
3 cups diced or shredded cooked chicken
1 cup Hellmann's® real mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup FRANK'S® hot pepper sauce
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
4 tbsp. green onions, minced (optional)
1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup sour cream or buttermilk Ranch dressing
2 tbsp. chopped red pimiento or red roasted peppers
2 tbsp. chopped fresh Italian parsley

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Combine chicken with all ingredients except blue cheese. Transfer to a buttered 2-quart baking dish and sprinkle blue cheese over the top.

Bake in hot oven for 20 minutes, uncovered, until cheese is bubbly.

Serve warm or chilled with crunchy vegetables or chips.

Variation: Add 1 cup finely chopped fresh steamed broccoli.
