GOLDEN CHICKEN NUGGETS WITH
DIPPING SAUCE
 
3 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut into 1 x 1/2 inch pieces
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. water
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/2 c. flour
1 qt. Mazola oil

Mix egg, water, salt, sesame seeds and flour. Dip chicken into batter. Drain. Pour corn oil into heavy, sturdy, flat bottomed 3 quart saucepan, deep fryer or wok, filling no more than 1/3 full. Heat oil to 375 degrees. Carefully add chicken one layer at a time. Fry 3-5 minutes until golden. Drain. Serves 6. Dip in following sauce.

SAUCE:

Mix:

1 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. corn oil (I use 1/8 c.)

Cook 5 minutes. Makes 1 cup of sauce.
