MARINATED CHICKEN KABOBS 
6 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned (I used nuggets)
6 tbsp. soy sauce
6 tbsp. Italian salad dressing
4 tsp. sesame seeds
4 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 sm. green peppers, cut into 8th's
2 sm. onions, cut into 8th's
2/3 c. water
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained and sliced in half
16 cherry tomatoes (not that many)

Combine and shake in a jar. Pour over chicken. Marinate at least 2 hours in refrigerator. Combine green pepper, water and onion and microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes until crisp tender drain. Microwave chicken approximately 4 minutes on high. Put on kabobs and grill.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
