HOT DOG CHILI | |
1 lb. hamburger (very lean) or lean venison burger 1 med. onion, diced 1 lg. tomato paste 3 cans water 1/2 c. ketchup 1 tsp. vinegar 1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder 1 tsp. salt Do not brown hamburger. Combine all ingredients, adding water 1 can at a time. Cook slowly for 1 1/2 hours. Recipe may be doubled or tripled but don't increase vinegar. This freezes well for use later. |
