CHILI FOR HOT DOGS
1 lb. hamburger 1/2 c. onion 2 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. chili powder 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vinegar 2 c. tomato sauce 1 tbsp. salt 1/2 tsp. red hot pepper if desired Cook hamburger and onion until brown. Add all other ingredients except tomato sauce. Stir in hamburger. Add tomato sauce. Bring to boil and simmer about 20 minutes. Use on hot dogs. May be frozen.

Had to try this since it looked so interesting. Well, I doubled the recipe but cut the sugar down since 2 cups seemed like too much. I must say, it was pretty darn good over my hot dogs! Just right sweetness and thickness.
