HOT DOG CHILI 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion
1 sm. can tomato paste
3 cans water, measured in tomato paste cans
1/2 c. catsup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. salt

Combine all ingredients. Do not brown meat first. Add water 1 can at a time. Cook over low heat for 1 1/2 hours.
