ASIAN STYLE HOT WINGS SAUCE | |
1 (8 oz.) jar Chinese Hoisin sauce (Kikkoman, Lee Kum Kee, etc.) 3 tbsp. garlic chili sauce (Huy Fong) 1 tbsp. rice vinegar 1/2 tsp. minced ginger Combine ingredients in a pot and heat to a simmer. Toss with fried or baked wings. Variation: If you prefer a milder taste use 1 1/2 tablespoons of chili garlic sauce and a tablespoon of butter. Submitted by: E. Lee |
