1 lb. ground beef 1/2 tsp. salt 1 onion, diced 1 tbsp. chili powder 1 tbsp. vinegar 1/2 c. tomato ketchup 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. mustard 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1 c. water Brown beef, add onions and cook until transparent. Add other ingredients. Simmer about 30 minutes. | |

I have been using this recipe for several years for family cookouts. It is a great HotDog recipe for southern hot dogs with slaw and mustard. We also love it on southern style hamburgers (chili, slaw, cheese, mustard and ketchup). This recipe is very easy to double or triple the amount if needed.
