CHILI (Crock Pot) | |
2 lbs. ground beef 1 c. minced onion 1 c. chopped celery 1 tsp. salt Pinch of pepper 1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder 1 tbsp. paprika 1 tsp. ginger 1 tbsp. sugar 1 sm. can tomato paste 1 (#2) can tomatoes 1 sm. can tomato sauce 1/2 c. water 1 (#2) can kidney beans Combine and fry beef, onion and celery lightly. Put in crock pot. Add the rest of the ingredients. Heat on High for 4 hours. Makes 8 generous servings. |
