SKILLET GOULASH 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. water
1 c. tomatoes, chopped
1/4 c. Heinz 57 sauce
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. uncooked macaroni

Brown hamburger and onion in 1 tablespoon oil. When browned add other ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add grated cheese before serving. May add diced celery, green pepper, zucchini or sliced mushrooms to make it go farther. A can of red kidney beans may also be added. Serves 4 to 6.
