SIZZLING STEAK FAJITAS 
1/2 c. your choice steak sauce
1/2 c. mild, medium, or hot picante sauce
1 lb. flank or bottom round steak, thinly sliced
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
1 med. green pepper, cut into strips
1 tbsp. butter
8 flour tortillas, warmed

Blend steak sauce and picante sauce. In non-metal dish, pour marinade over steak. Cover; chill at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally. In large skillet, over medium high heat, cook onion and pepper in butter for 3 minutes or until tender. Remove with slotted spoon; reserve. Add steak with marinade to same skillet; cook and stir for 8 minutes or until done. Add onion and pepper; cook until heated through. Serve with tortillas and your favorite fajitas toppings if desired. Serves 4.

This was a pretty good fajita recipe. It was moist and delicious. Didn't need anything else like extra sauce on it or anything. I liked how quick it can be prepared. I served it on a homemade flour tortilla. Awesome.

Can you use regular medium salsa and regular A1 steak sauce mixed together for the marinade and would it be good?

I make a fajita sauce using 1 packet of the dry fajita seasoning (available at most grocery stores). Mix with 1 cup beef bouillon, add about 1 tbsp. A-1 sauce and 1 tbsp. taco sauce (or smooth picante sauce). Optional: add 1 tbsp. red wine. Simmer in a small saucepan until it thickens slightly. This sauce is addictive!! Good on steak or chicken fajitas.
