DIET VEGETABLE DIP 
1 (8 oz.) lo-cal cream cheese
2 tbsp. skim or low fat milk
2 tbsp. diet French dressing
1/3 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix first 2 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Serve with carrots, cucumbers, cauliflower, etc.
