EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. cocoa
12 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. water

Mix above ingredients in large bowl and beat for 3 minutes. Pour into 13"x9" greased and floured pan and bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees.

Tried this recipe after messing up 2 pound cake that used up my one dozen eggs! Came out great, although I believe I only used 2 tbsp. of oil. Am going to try it again! (PS - Used 1 can condensed milk and 1 pkg. chocolate chips melted together for fudgy frosting.)
