“SEA SALT STEAK RUB” IS IN:

SEA SALT STEAK RUB 
Use as a rub for steaks, chops, tuna and Portobello mushrooms. Rub the spices gently into the meat, fish or mushrooms to adhere.

1/4 cup Morton® Sea Salt
1/4 cup coarsely ground black pepper
2 tablespoons dehydrated minced onion
2 tablespoons dehydrated minced garlic
1 tablespoon coriander seed
2 teaspoons mustard seed
1 teaspoon caraway seed

In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Transfer to a sealable container and store in a cool dark place for up to 3 months.

Estimated Times: Preparation - 10 minutes.

Yields approximately 3/4 cup.
