DUTCH ALMOND CUP CAKES 
BATTER:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 egg

PASTE:

3/4 c. almond paste
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
Mix together ingredients for batter. Press mixture into greased or paper
lined muffin tin cups. Mix together ingredients for paste; beat until smooth.Spoon 1 1/2 tablespoons of this mixture onto each cupcake. Bake at 325
to 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes about 18 cupcakes.
