ROBIN'S MAC & CHEESE | |
Enjoy from our family to yours! 2 (16 oz. ea.) boxes elbow macaroni pasta pinch of salt 1 tbsp. cooking oil 4 cups mixed cheeses (your choice) 1 cup dairy sour cream 2 eggs 1 cup buttermilk 1 tsp. black pepper additional cheese, for sprinkling In a large pot bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to keep pasta from sticking. Boil pasta til nice and tender. In a large bowl add 4 cups of cheese, 1 cup of sour cream and 2 eggs. Beat til nice and thick. Then add buttermilk and black pepper as you like. After draining pasta, mix pasta and and cheese mixture in the large bowl. Pour into a greased casserole dish and sprinkle top with cheese. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes or til top is nice and golden. Makes 6 servings. Submitted by: Russell L. |
