HAM 'N TURKEY NOODLE SOUP 
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans Swanson clear ready to serve chicken broth
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
1 c. diced, cooked turkey
1 can (about 8 oz.) tomatoes, undrained, cut up
1/2 c. cooked, sliced glazed carrots or cut up cooked sweet potatoes
1/4 c. diced, cooked ham
1 c. med. egg noodles, uncooked
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

1. In 3 quart saucepan over medium heat, heat 1/4 cup of the broth, onion and basil to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 5 minutes or until onion is tender.

2. Stir in remaining broth, turkey, tomatoes and their liquid, carrots and ham. Heat to boiling. Add noodles. Cook 7 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Garnish with parsley.

Makes 5 cups or 3 servings.

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:

1. In 2 quart microwave safe casserole, combine 1/4 cup of the broth, onion and basil. Cover with lid; microwave on High 5 minutes or until onion is tender, stirring once during cooking.

2. Stir in remaining broth, turkey, tomatoes and their liquid, carrots and ham. Cover; microwave on High 8 minutes or until very hot and bubbling.

3. Stir in noodles. Cover; microwave on High 7 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring twice during cooking. Garnish with parsley.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
