6 - WEEK BRAN MUFFINS 
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. soft butter
4 eggs
4 c. All Bran cereal
4 shredded wheat biscuits in 1 1/2 c. boiling water (5 miniature = 1 biscuit)
5 c. flour
1 qt. buttermilk with 5 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients. Put in gallon container. Will keep 4-6 weeks in refrigerator. When ready to use, dip into greased muffin tins without stirring batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-20 minutes, depending on size of muffin tins. May make 1/2 recipe. Great to divide into containers after mixing to take for gifts.
