BLUE CHEESE SALAD DRESSING 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
3 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
2 tsp. green onion, chopped
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. lemon juice

Stir all ingredients well. Chill. Serve over green salad.
