SPINACH SALAD AND THE TAVERN'S
EGG AND CHEESE DRESSING
 
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, grated
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
3/4 c. Old English sharp cheese
1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash Tabasco sauce
Fresh spinach, cleaned, dried

Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and Tabasco sauce and add to the celery, onion, eggs and cheese. Add to cleaned spinach. From the Tavern in New Wilmington, PA.
