GLAZED FRUITED CHICKEN 
1 (29 oz.) jar fruits for salad
2/3 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise
1 (7 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing
1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut in parts
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 (12 oz.) jar orange marmalade

Drain fruit; set aside. Reserve 2/3 cup liquid. Stir reserved liquid into real mayonnaise. Stir constantly over medium heat until mixture boils; add stuffing. Spread in 9x13x2 inch pan. Add chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; brush with additional real mayonnaise. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Melt marmalade. Arrange fruit around chicken. Brush on marmalade. Bake 15 minutes. Garnish with parsley. Serves 4.

Found this recipe after much searching for this recipe from my twenties. Still good although not cutting edge with fresh or dried fruits as used nowadays. However just hit the spot with my husband of 40 who likes sweet things.
