BBQ CHICKEN | |
8-10 chicken breast halves (skinned) 1 (8 oz.) bottle Kraft no-fat Catalina salad dressing 1 env. dry onion soup mix 1/4 c. apricot simply fruit jam 1/2 c. unsweetened crushed pineapple Combine dressing, dry soup mix and fruit jam in a microwave dish. Microwave just until the fruit spread dissolves. Place chicken in single layers in a non- metal baking pan. Pour warm sauce over chicken. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven 1 hour or until tender. Serve with the pan juices over chicken. Very low fat and low cholesterol. Good cold. |
