BBQ CHICKEN 
8-10 chicken breast halves (skinned)
1 (8 oz.) bottle Kraft no-fat Catalina salad dressing
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1/4 c. apricot simply fruit jam
1/2 c. unsweetened crushed pineapple

Combine dressing, dry soup mix and fruit jam in a microwave dish. Microwave just until the fruit spread dissolves. Place chicken in single layers in a non- metal baking pan. Pour warm sauce over chicken. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven 1 hour or until tender. Serve with the pan juices over chicken. Very low fat and low cholesterol. Good cold.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
