SUMMER CHICKEN SALAD 
Spinach leaves
1 can Swanson chunk white chicken, drained
1 c. cut up mixed fruit (oranges, strawberries or nectarines)
1/4 c. sliced celery
1 tbsp. sliced almonds
1 tbsp. sliced green onion
2 tbsp. mayonnaise dressing
4 tbsp. orange juice
Orange slices for garnish
Strawberries for garnish

Arrange spinach leaves, chicken, fruit, celery, almonds and green onion. In cup, mix together mayonnaise and orange juice. Drizzle over chicken mixture. Garnish with orange slices and strawberries.

Makes 2 servings.
