1 1/2 c. plain yellow cornmeal 2 tsp. baking powder 1 sm. onion, chopped fine 1/2 c. flour 1 tbsp. sugar 1 egg 1 can cream style corn Mix ingredients and drop by spoonfuls in deep hot fat. If mixture seems to dry or too stiff, add more corn. | |
