SHRIMP TETRAZZINI 
1 lb. shrimp, cleaned
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 c. milk
Grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter
8 oz. fresh or canned, drained mushrooms
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sherry
Cooked spaghetti, fettucini

Melt butter in skillet, cook onion until soft. Add shrimp and mushrooms, cook 5 minutes. Remove from skillet. Mix flour, mayonnaise and salt in skillet; add liquids. Cook until thickened. Toss shrimp, liquid and fettucini together. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
