AUNT PEGGY'S RHUBARB COBBLER 
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. Bisquick
4 c. rhubarb, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
3/4 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. melted butter

Combine first 3 ingredients, toss lightly and pour in 9 inch square baking pan. Combine rest of mix and sugar for topping. Add egg, stirring to coarse crumb texture. Sprinkle over rhubarb. Drizzle with butter. Bake 35-40 minutes at 375 degrees. Serves 9 (more or less).
