RHUBARB COBBLER 
2 c. rhubarb
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Wash rhubarb. Do not peel. Cut in small pieces. Place the pieces in a large pan or baking dish in medium sized mixing bowl. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and eggs. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle mixture over rhubarb pieces. Drizzle melted butter over top. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
