RHUBARB-STRAWBERRY COBBLER 
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
6 c. rhubarb, sliced
2 c. strawberries, sliced once if they are lg.
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Pie crust

Lightly butter 9x13 inch pan. Combine flour, sugar and salt. Sprinkle over rhubarb and strawberries, toss well. Heap mixture into greased pan and spread. Sprinkle with lemon juice and dot with butter. Top with pie crust; prick crust or cut slits in it. Bake at 450 degrees for 1 hour.
