JOAN'S STRAWBERRY RHUBARB
COBBLER
 
1 c. oats
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
2 c. strawberries
4 c. chopped rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 4 ingredients to make a crumble. Spread 1/2 mixture in a baking dish-save 1/2 mixture. Add strawberries and rhubarb. In a saucepan; mix sugar, cornstarch and water. Cook until it thickens. Add vanilla. Pour over rhubarb and strawberries. Sprinkle on remaining crumb mix.

Bake 350°F for 45 minutes.
