PEACH CRUNCH DESSERT 
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. tapioca
2 tbsp. lemon juice
8 peaches, cut in pieces
1 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Double pie crust

Mix sugar, tapioca, lemon juice. Add to peaches and let stand 15 minutes. Line a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with pie crust, bringing crust halfway up sides of dish. Spread peach mixture over unbaked pastry. combine flour, brown sugar and spices. Cut in butter. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle over peaches. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
