GRAMMA'S PEACH DESSERT | |
4 ripe peaches, peeled & sliced 4 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. chopped pecans 1/3 c. brown sugar 3 tbsp. bourbon Heat 2 tablespoons butter in frying pan over medium heat. Add pecans, cook 2 to 3 minutes. Remove with slotted spoon leaving butter, set pecans aside. Add 2 tablespoons butter, increase heat to high. Add peach slices and cook, stirring for 2 to 3 minutes. Combine brown sugar and bourbon, add to peaches. Cook, stirring until thickened, 1 to 2 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Sprinkle with pecans. |
