SANDY'S CRANBERRY RING MOLD | |
1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello 1 c. hot water 10 oz. cranberry relish 2ND LAYER: 1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello 1 1/4 c. boiling water 14 oz. crushed pineapple 2 c. tiny marshmallows 3 oz. cream cheese 1/2 c. salad dressing 1/2 c. whipping cream 1st layer: Dissolve strawberry Jello in hot water. Add cranberry relish and dash salt. Pour into 6 1/2 cup mold; chill until firm. 2nd layer: Drain pineapple reserving syrup. Dissolve lemon Jello in boiling water; add marshmallows and stir until melted. Add reserved syrup and chill until partially set. Blend cream cheese, salad dressing and dash salt. Add to marshmallow mixture. Stir in pineapple until it mounds. Fold in WHIPPED cream. Pour over first layer and chill until firm. |
