CRANBERRY APPLE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello
1 (16 oz.) can cranberry sauce
1/4 lemon, chopped
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 lg. apple, chopped

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Chill until mixture begins to jell. Mash cranberry sauce. Core and seed apple, put through food chopper with lemon peel and all. Fold cranberry sauce, apple and lemon into gelatin. Pour into salad molds. Chill until firm.
