RAW CRANBERRY APPLE SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. hot water
1 c. raw cranberries, chopped
1 c. tart apples, peeled and diced
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Combine cranberries and sugar; stir into the hot Jello mixture. When cool, add apple and celery. Pour into a large mold and place in refrigerator until solid. Remove from mold to serve.
