CRANBERRY APPLE MOLD 
1 lg. raspberry Jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 (#2 1/2) can crushed pineapple and juice
4 lg. apples, peeled and diced
1 lg. can mandarin oranges, diced

Dissolve Jello in hot water, add whole cranberry sauce, mix well. Let stand for 7 to 8 minutes, when cool, add fruit mixture of pineapple, apples, drained oranges and nuts. Mix well. Refrigerate overnight.

One of the best sides ever. I get asked to bring it to potlucks all the time. I personally LOVE it (make it year round), but even non cranberry eaters at Thanksgiving enjoy it.
